This option is a unique opportunity for a sports team to receive an All In Athletic Training session during their formal practice. Workouts will be tailored according to the coaches' requests. The price is team total and can divided amongst athletes.
POPAT (Police Officer Physical Aptitude Test) Preparedness training will get candidates ready to take the national fitness test to become a Police Officer.

Speed, Agility, & Quickness (SAQ) group sessions are run on Tuesday evenings from either 7-750pm or 8-850pm (times are provided via a reminder weekly). They are 50 min high intensity sessions and are available for athletes from 8year olds through College. Vald professional timing gates and other technology are used to provide accurate times which are also recorded and saved to be analyzed over time for growth purposes.

Weightlifting/Strength group sessions are run on either Wednesday or Thursday evenings from either 7-750pm or 8-850pm (day & times are provided via a reminder weekly). They are 50 min sessions focused on proper mechanics for injury reduction and strength building for all sports.
Tindeq Dynamometer technology is used to provide accurate strength metric readings which help identify deficiencies and areas for growth/progress.

All Senior Citizens 65 and older receive a 15% discount on all packages/sessions.
All First Responders/Servicemembers (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMT, Doctor, Nurse, Military) 10% discount on all packages.
It is important to me that ALL athletes have access to quality training opportunities. Understanding that personal training is beyond the financial reach of many athletes' families, I am willing to discuss the situation and, if possible, extend a discounted rate.
Cancellations need a 24 hour notice or a fee of 50% of the session cost will be applied. I’m reasonable and flexible if emergencies or unforseen events occur and prevent this from happening; however as a whole this is the stadard policy to be followed and understood.
Please try to cancel 24-48 hours in advance so others can have an opportunity to register.
