"This is in relation to Hank Suhr, a fine gentleman who I had the pleasure of coaching at Marist College as a
young college baseball player.

I knew Hank as a college athlete 20 + years ago. He was then and still is now a tremendous team oriented
person. I have stayed in contact with him as an adult and it is very evident that he is extremely equipped to
coach and guide young athletes. Hank takes pride in keeping up with modern coaching/training techniques
and works diligently to give all his athletes and first class experience as they pursue their present and future
goals.

In a word, I completely recommend Hank Suhr as a modern day trainer of young athletes."

"Hank and I worked closely together when he was a D1 student athlete and I was his coach. I'll never forget 6am weight training and the consistent intent behind his workouts. While some went though the motions at that early hour Hank was getting after it. That carried over to the field where he routinely put in extra work in the cages. His work ethic and attitude separated him from others and he was a leader, never a follower. I respect Hank Suhr and what he stands for and am proud to call him my friend 20+ years later."

"Hank worked with my 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son. He made their training sessions fun and engaging. They both loved training with him because Henry kept them moving consistently. There was no down time or standing around. Henry incorporates methods that are unique and not like your normal trainer. My kids were working muscles and movement patterns that they didn't even realize they had. Hank is a great trainer for any athlete in any sport."

"Times have changed, today's athletes are far more advanced then they were a number of years ago.  No longer is a freshmen using their 1st year to get in shape and ready to play; they come in to school in shape like a sophomore of years passed.  This is due to having personal trainers and fitness coaches providing valuable sessions to them before they enter college.  If you don't have a trainer, YOU WILL BE LEFT BEHIND, don't get passed by playing catch up, get a trainer in your area."

"Working out with Coach Hank has been a blessing since day one. He has a plan and we set goals to be achieved.  I give him 110% and never doubt that I get the same in return.  I want to be a strong athlete. Since I have started training with Coach Hank, I have gained confidence in my ability to handle my competition and go up against bigger girls.  He offers different workouts for my needs which include strength and agility,  speed and endurance, and injury prevention. Even  in group sessions, we get individual instruction based on our desired result.  After working out, I feel stronger mentally and physically knowing that I put in the work to better myself."

"I think Hank’s ability to succeed for his clients stems from being a great teammate, and a great leader. As a Division 1 catcher a lot was asked of someone in his position, and Hank used his leadership abilities to help his pitchers perform their best. His constant encouragement helped amplify each pitcher’s strengths and addressed opportunities for improvement. Knowing Hank the way I do from our college playing days, I fully expect his approach to supporting others will do wonders for his clients just like it did for his pitchers."
